Wolf io Terms and Conditions

Last updated: December 10, 2025. The English version of these Terms is the legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation, the English version prevails.

1. General

By registering a player account on wolf.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Read them carefully before using the Wolf io casino.

Wolf.io may update these Terms when required. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms may be published in multiple languages for accessibility. The English version is the sole legally binding basis of the relationship between you and Wolf.io.

2. Eligibility

Age requirement. Wolf.io accepts players aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction (for example, 21 in Estonia). It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with the age requirements of your country of residence.

Jurisdiction. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. Wolf.io does not provide legal advice. It is your responsibility to confirm that your participation is lawful before registering. Any claim against Wolf.io arising from a jurisdictional breach will be considered void.

Identity. Wolf.io reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or restrict accounts that cannot satisfy this requirement.

3. Games

All casino games on wolf.io are supplied by licensed software providers and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, tested by independent laboratories for fairness and randomness.

Certain games may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions due to provider licensing conditions or local regulatory requirements. It is your responsibility to refrain from accessing restricted games. A non-exhaustive list of restrictions may be published on the platform and updated periodically.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you understand the rules of the games you play. Reviewing the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage of each game before playing is at your discretion.

4. Currencies and Payments

Accepted currencies. Wolf.io supports the following currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ADA, XRP, TRX, BNB, SOL, USDT, and USDC.

Payment method ownership. You may only use payment methods that belong to you personally. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your Wolf.io account. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of transactions, account suspension, or both.

Deposit fees. Wolf.io does not charge deposit fees. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply independent charges including international transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or service fees. Wolf.io has no control over these charges.

Cryptocurrency networks — critical rules.

Sending cryptocurrency via an unsupported network will result in permanent loss of funds. Observe the following:

Cross-chain transactions are not supported under any circumstances. Funds sent via an unsupported network cannot be recovered. Tokens and smart contracts are not supported for ETH and USDT transactions.

XRP deposits require a destination tag. Failure to include the correct destination tag will result in permanent loss of funds.

Error recovery. In the event that funds are sent to an incorrect or unsupported network address, recovery may be attempted only for amounts equivalent to $1,000 USD or above at the time of reporting. Recovery is not guaranteed, is subject to technical feasibility, and a recovery fee will apply. To be eligible, you must report the transaction within 7 days and provide the complete transaction hash (TXID).

Currency conversion. On-site currency conversion is not available. Once you deposit in a specific currency, gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in that currency. USD display conversion is available for reference only and does not change your active currency.

Minimum deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page for each currency. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and cannot be recovered.

Withdrawal address restriction. Requesting a withdrawal to your own Wolf.io deposit address or any address attached to a Wolf.io account is prohibited and will result in a transaction flag and temporary account lock.

5. Fees and Taxes

Wolf.io does not charge casino-side fees on deposits. Fiat withdrawals carry a fee displayed on the withdrawal page before confirmation.

You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. Wolf.io does not provide tax advice or reporting services.

6. Liability

Wolf.io is not liable for financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from gameplay, technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions to service.

If Wolf.io credits your account with funds in error — whether due to a technical issue, human error, or otherwise — those funds remain the property of Wolf.io and will be deducted. If erroneously credited funds have already been withdrawn, the amount constitutes a debt owed to Wolf.io. You are required to notify Wolf.io immediately upon becoming aware of any incorrect crediting.

Wolf.io reserves the right to void wagers and correct errors where bets were accepted under mistaken conditions. In the event of a system malfunction, all affected wagers are void.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf.io, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers against any costs, losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform.

7. Player Obligations

By registering, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction
• You are playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party
• All registration information you provide is true, complete, and current
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• You understand the rules of the games you play
• You will not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity on the platform
• You will not use automated software, bots, or hardware devices to gain an advantage in gameplay
• You understand that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and that virtual funds carry no intrinsic guaranteed value
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on winnings in your jurisdiction

Wolf.io reserves the right to suspend your account immediately if unauthorised access is suspected. All transactions completed with correct login credentials are considered valid regardless of whether they were authorised by you. Wolf.io accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

8. Player Account

One account per player. Each player may hold only one account. One account is permitted per person, IP address, physical address, device, and payment wallet. Creating duplicate accounts will result in termination of all accounts and confiscation of all associated balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

Account accuracy. You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension and withdrawal refusal.

Commercial use prohibited. Accounts are for personal use only. Commercial use of the platform is not permitted.

Minimum deposit before withdrawal. At least one deposit must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed, regardless of the source of funds.

Dormant accounts. An account with no deposits, bets, or withdrawals for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of $10 (or cryptocurrency equivalent, or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted at the start of each month the account remains dormant. The fee stops when the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, contact Wolf.io support.

Responsible gambling limits. The following personal limits are available in your account under Personal Limits:

Limit decreases take effect immediately. Limit increases require email confirmation and take effect only after the current limit period expires.

9. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal. $20 or currency equivalent across all methods.

Maximum withdrawal limits.

Exceptions may apply for VIP accounts or progressive jackpot wins at Wolf.io’s discretion. Large withdrawals may be processed in structured monthly instalments of up to $200,000.

Same-method rule. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the original deposit (e.g., if you deposited via Skrill, withdrawal must also be via Skrill).

KYC requirement. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time for subsequent withdrawals. Withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

Withdrawal address confirmation. Withdrawals exceeding $500 require confirmation of the withdrawal address. The address cannot be changed after a withdrawal request is submitted. Wolf.io accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the player.

USD withdrawals. Players who deposited in USD may only withdraw via supported e-wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed in EUR only.

Wagering condition. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This applies to both fiat and cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawal fee. A fee applies to fiat withdrawals and is displayed on the withdrawal page before confirmation. No casino-side fee applies to crypto withdrawals.

Bonus removal. Requesting removal of an active bonus will also remove all associated winnings. This action is irreversible.

Substantial wins. Wolf.io reserves the right to conduct additional verification with the relevant game provider before processing a substantial win withdrawal, which may extend processing time.

Refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. In cases of claimed unauthorised account access, requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the relevant transaction. All active bonuses and associated winnings are removed before a refund is calculated.

10. Bonuses

Wagering requirement. Bonus winnings become withdrawable real-money balance only after wagering the bonus amount 40x or 50x, depending on the specific offer.

Bonus validity. Deposit bonuses are valid for 1 day from activation unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period along with any associated winnings.

Game contribution to wagering.

Bet deduction order. Bets are deducted from the real-money balance first. Bonus balance is used only when the real-money balance is zero.

Withdrawal before wagering completion. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in removal of the bonus and all associated winnings.

Sportsbook and bonuses. Welcome package bonuses and casino bonuses apply to slot games only. Placing sportsbook bets while a casino bonus is active will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus. Winnings from both casino and sportsbook may be voided in this case.

Modification. Wolf.io reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

11. Advantage Play

Advantage play — defined as any strategy designed to generate a positive expected value from bonus terms, including but not limited to deliberate delay of bonus features, spinning free spins after completing wagering requirements, or depositing while bonus features are in progress — is prohibited. Detection of advantage play will result in immediate confiscation of winnings and account closure.

12. Anti-Fraud Policy

Wolf.io enforces a strict anti-fraud policy. The following actions will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of all balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses:

• Collusion with other players
• Use of bots, automated tools, or software exploits
• Chargebacks, double spends, or payment disputes
• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false registration data or forged documents
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Arbitrage or opposite betting
• Manipulation of casino systems

In the event of a chargeback, Wolf.io reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from the player’s balance, pursue additional damages, and close the account.

Deposits that do not clear the blockchain within one hour may be flagged as potential fraud. Transactions using Replace-by-Fee (RBF) or similar mechanisms are prohibited.

If you identify a software error or system vulnerability, you are required to report it to Wolf.io immediately and refrain from exploiting it. Failure to do so may result in full compensation claims against you.

13. KYC Verification

Wolf.io may request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in account closure and confiscation of balance.

Standard KYC documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Selfie or live video verification (on a case-by-case basis)
• Source of funds documentation (bank statements, payslips, tax records) where required

Process:

• Documents are uploaded via Account → Verification
• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF
• Standard processing time: 0–24 hours; complex cases up to 48 hours
• Rejected documents: reason provided in writing; resubmission permitted immediately

Video verification. KYC video calls are conducted in English only, via Microsoft Teams or another platform at Wolf.io’s discretion. Refusal to participate in video verification may result in account closure and confiscation of balance.

Non-response. If Wolf.io is unable to contact a player for identity verification within 28 days of initiating the process, funds may be retained.

14. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time via the Responsible Gambling section of your Account Settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Withdraw all funds before initiating closure — funds in a closed account cannot be accessed retroactively.

Wolf.io retains transaction records and personal data for a legally defined period after closure in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Costa Rica commercial law.

Wolf.io reserves the right to close any account at its absolute discretion without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

15. Complaints

Complaints are submitted via Live Chat or email to [email protected] and are handled by the Wolf.io support team. Escalated cases are referred to Wolf.io management.

Important complaint rules:

• Complaints are accepted only from the registered account holder — third-party submissions will not be processed
• All claims must be submitted within 6 months of the date the issue arose
• In the event of a dispute, Wolf.io’s server logs and transaction records constitute the final authority on outcomes
• If internal resolution is unsuccessful, players may contact any independent body or gaming authority listed on the Wolf.io website

16. Sportsbook

Sportsbook use is governed by these Terms and the Wolf.io Sportsbook Rules, available on the platform.

• Wolf.io is the final authority on bet validity and settlement

Bonuses and sportsbook. Casino bonuses do not apply to sportsbook bets. Placing sportsbook bets under an active casino bonus will cancel the bonus and void associated winnings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Fortaprime SRL under Costa Rica commercial registration. By registering and using wolf.io, you accept these Terms in full.
